    1. General information
    The annual Summer Show is held at the Emmanuel Baptist Church on Western Terrace, Falmouth. Entry is open to all Allotment Holders, Associate Members and Garden Members of the Society. The show includes a wide range of classes which are listed in the show schedule. 

     Certifcates for 1st, 2nd and 3rd are awarded for each class. 'Highly Commended' certficates are sometimes issued by the judges. Cups and trophies are also awarded and details are in the schedule.

    2. How to Enter the Show
    Each year a show schedule is circulated to Allotment Holders and Garden Members.  It is available from the Club House. It lists the various classes and includes an Entry Form which must be returned to the Show Secretary.
    Entry forms and fees  may be handed in at the clubhouse on Thursday 27th before 7pm.

    Please note that all entry forms and fees must be received

    before 7pm Thursday 27th July 20157. No entries will be allowed on the day.


     3. On the Day 
    The hall is open in the morning when society members can lay out their exhibits. Vases are provided for the flower section but you will need to bring plates to display smaller items in classes such as soft fruit.  The hall is then closed  to allow for judging and the show is open to the public in the afternoon.  After the prize giving the produce is auctioned off with the proceeds going to the Society's funds.

     The timings for 2017 are:-
    •  8.30 am to 10.30 am for staging
    • 10.45 am to 12.30 pm for judging
    • 2.00 pm for opening to the public
    • 3.00pm Presentation of Trophies by Mr Geoffrey Evans CC, President of the Society
    • 3.15 pm for the auction
    • 3.30 Raffle
